What we hold, where it is kept, and who can see it.
The comparison is built in your browser and nothing you paste leaves it. If you save a scenario, the label and the settings you pasted are kept against your own account, owner-scoped, and nothing else.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Four processors only, and no others:
- Cloudflare serves the pages and runs the small server functions. It sees the ordinary request data a web server sees: the address, the time and the browser family.
- Supabase holds the account and, if you save a scenario, the settings you pasted. The database sits in Sydney, Australia. A saved scenario is scoped to your account: only you and the teammates you invite can read it.
- Stripe takes the card for a paid plan and holds the payment record and the email you paid with. The card details never reach this product.
- SendGrid sends a sign-in link and, only if the result mail is switched on for your account, a copy of the outcome. It is the only system that sends mail.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never run a third-party advertising or analytics pixel, and never send your figures to a model. The comparison is arithmetic in your browser. A saved scenario keeps the pasted quote, loan, lease, used-machine and farm boxes and the outcome that was on screen, so a later comparison compares like with like. Nothing in the sheet needs a customer name, and the tool does not ask for one.
Deleting it
From the account page you can delete a single saved scenario, or delete the whole account. Deleting the account removes the saved scenarios with it and leaves one record that the deletion happened. Write to support@theartofservice.com for anything about your data.
